Approach
Her mediation approach is adaptive and client-centred. While aligned with the facilitative model under the Rule 41A Gauteng High Court Mediation Protocol, she works with parties to consider and integrate evaluative and transformative elements where appropriate. At the core of her work is a simple principle: Effective mediation prioritises people, then process, and only then the problem.

Theresa holds a legal degree from the University of the Free State, a post graduate diploma in Financial Planning (CFP) and she is a qualified Life Coach, NABFAM Certified Family Mediator since 2020 and a Restorative Justice Practitioner since 2021.
