Tegwyn Fietze
Professional Mediator

Tell us about your experience: I qualified as a Family and Divorce Mediator through the Social Justice Association in May 2022 . My first accreditation with NABFAM was on 14 June 2023. I am still a member in good standing at the Social Justice Association, and my current accreditation is from July 2025 to July 2026. As this is an ongoing process, I attend CPD Point webinars and other training to keep my accreditation current. I have worked at the Protea Soweto Children’s Court on a pro bono basis from January 2024 to date, as this is also an ongoing project run by ACR Community (Alternative Conflict Resolution). My total number of cases at this court is 48 to date, which, in hours, amounts to 61 hours of pro bono mediation. I have been mediating in my private practice since October 2023.
