Rule 41A mediations requires from the mediator to use facilitative mediation, not to express an opinion and not to present any solutions to the parties but to facilitate and guide the parties to reach their own solution.

Base Hourly Rate:R3,000 / hr
000Standard Inclusions:
I charge only for time actually spent, in preparation, conducting pre-mediation and mediation meetings and preparing documents subsequent to mediation. If I am requested to quote in advance the quote is always for 8 hours.
