I am an accredited Mediator for both Workplace/ Commercial mediation and Divorce & Family mediation. Workplace/ Labor experience - currently part time senior commissioner, I mediate collective bargaining matters, both regional and head office redline matters. I have been a commissioner since 2011, which is 15 years workplace/ labor mediation experience. My experience includes, workplace mediation, workplace investigations, initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings, mediating wage negotiations, facilitating pre-wage negotiations and facilitating massive retrenchments. Family mediation - received my first accreditation as divorce and family mediator in 2025, yet to receive assignments

Mokgadi Princelia Semenya is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and an accredited Mediator affiliated to Mediation Pan African. She is the founder and sole Director of MMP Consulting, a company that offers bespoke technical and specialist consulting, mediation and training services to commercial enterprises, communal property associations and Land reform entities and has rendered solid consulting services to various emerging black owned and managed land reform entities to ensure compliance with the various legislation that governs such entities.
