Approach

Being a divorced mother of three, I am grateful for an alternative dispute resolution approach such as mediation. Our settlement agreement was finalised within a week and the divorce finalised within 4 weeks. All three our children are well-balanced and adapted well due to the conflict management between myself and my ex-husband thanks to the mediation process. I absolutely believe in resolving disputes, especially where children are involved, by way of mediation. My mediation approach is based on facilitative mediation in a calm environment and where there is high conflict between the parties, I believe online mediation is a better option where the parties are not together in the same room.
