About
Approach
My mediation approach is interest-centred, people-centred, and trauma-informed. I help parties move beyond fixed positions to explore the needs, concerns, values, and practical realities underneath the conflict. My aim is to create a respectful, structured space where people feel heard, communicate more clearly, and work toward outcomes that are fair, workable, and sustainable.
Fee Schedule & Rates
