About
Approach
Geraldine approaches each matter on the individual needs and wants which is the forefront of her strategy, all while meticulously upholding the law (in the shadow of the law) to ensure the most favourable outcome. Above all, the best interests of each party and justice remain her paramount concern in both Family and Civil disputes. By blending deep legal insight with real empathy, she guides both sides toward fair, lasting solutions that respect everyone involved. Geraldine specifically helps parties’ step away from courtroom battles and work together on real, practical solutions. Children always come first in her process - she works closely with both sides to build smooth parenting plans and clear maintenance agreements that reduce stress for everyone.
