I am a Family Law and Civil Litigation Attorney, accredited as a Family Law and Divorce Mediator through the Social Justice Association of Mediators (SJAM). My practice focuses on divorce, parenting disputes, and related family law matters, where I work closely with individuals and families navigating significant life transitions.
With experience in both litigation and mediation, I bring a balanced perspective to conflict resolution - understanding the realities of court processes while prioritising constructive, solution-focused outcomes. My approach is grounded in professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to helping families reach agreements that are both legally sound and practically sustainable.
Approach
My experience in family law and civil litigation has given me insight into the emotional and financial toll that prolonged conflict can have on families. As a mediator, I adopt a structured and facilitative approach, creating a safe space for respectful dialogue while guiding parties toward practical, child-centred and/or future-focused solutions. I value dignity, clarity, and fairness in the mediation process.
