About
Harmony Mediation / harmonymediation.co.za ( Graham Wridgway ) is an accredited South African family law mediation practice dedicated to providing constructive, out-of-court dispute resolution for divorcing and separating couples. Specialising in child-centred parenting plans, maintenance agreements, and comprehensive divorce settlement terms, the practice focuses on mitigating conflict, reducing legal costs, and safeguarding the best interests of children in compliance with the Children’s Act.
As an accredited family mediator and founder of Harmony Mediation, I facilitate structured, neutral, and confidential negotiations to assist families in transitioning through marital separation and divorce. With specialised expertise in South African family law, I guide parties through the drafting of legally compliant Memorandums of Understanding, Maintenance Agreements, and Parenting Plans suitable for registration with the Office of the Family Advocate or endorsement by the High Court or Regional Magistrate’s Court. My practice prioritises clear communication, balanced co-parenting frameworks, and dignified resolutions without the psychological and financial strain of litigation.
