My mediation approach focuses on creating comprehensive, sustainable agreements that genuinely support long‑term resolution. I begin with a facilitative style—helping parties communicate openly, explore underlying interests, and craft their own mutually acceptable solutions—while drawing on evaluative mediation when more structured guidance or expert insight is needed. My work remains child‑centred wherever applicable, incorporating child‑voice assessments to ensure that children’s needs and experiences meaningfully inform decision‑making. Across all cases, I aim to support holistic change and growth, helping families move toward clarity, stability, and healthier patterns of interaction.
