MEDIATION STYLE My approach to mediation is characterised by clarity, structure, impartiality, and a practical focus on resolution. I am particularly experienced in managing complex medico-legal matters and high-conflict disputes involving multiple stakeholders. As a facilitative mediator, I use psychological insight to help parties understand the issues underlying the conflict, improve communication, and work towards practical, constructive, and lasting agreements. My goal is to create a respectful environment in which people feel heard, understood, and empowered to find mutually acceptable solutions.
