Marius Reineke

Marius holds the degrees B.Proc. and LLB. He also obtained diplomas in Insolvency Law and Advanced Banking. He was admitted as an attorney in 1996 and practiced as an attorney (and director from 1998) at a medium firm of attorneys. He completed pupillage in 2010 and has practiced as a member of the Johannesburg Bar since December 2010. He has a general commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on banking, insolvency law and general litigation. Marius subsequently attended the mediation course presented by Fair Practice in December 2025 and successfully completed same. Subsequent thereto Marius registered as a mediator with International Mediation Institute (IMI), Social Justice and Mediation Society of South Africa (MSSA – an approved RMO in terms of the Mediation Protocol).
