Professional Mediator

About
Approach
My mediation practice is guided by a facilitative and interest-based methodology, creating a neutral and structured environment where parties can communicate openly and engage in collaborative problem-solving. In family law matters, including divorce and parenting disputes, I support parties in identifying key concerns, exploring options, and working toward practical and sustainable solutions. Where children are involved, the Voice of the Child process may be incorporated to ensure that their experiences and needs are appropriately considered. My philosophy is rooted in dignity, fairness, and respectful engagement. I believe that even in difficult family disputes, individuals can reach constructive and lasting agreements when supported through a structured mediation process. Drawing from my background in social work and specialist wellness counselling, I approach mediation with sensitivity to emotional dynamics and family relationships. The objective of the mediation process is to assist parties in reaching amicable settlement agreements that promote stability, cooperation, and the wellbeing of all family members🌸 Professional Focus Family Law Mediation | Divorce Mediation | Parenting Disputes | Voice of the Child | Amicable Settlement Agreements
