I am a person that loves a world without conflict. Therefore, my passion is to help people to resolve conflict and live in a peaceful environment.
Litigation is stressful, takes time and is costly. Mediation is the answer and although not all dynamics/conflicts between people can be resolved by way of mediation I believe that any attempt is better than none at all.
Approach
Impartial/Independent and without judgement. To be a facilitator/mediator that helps parties to find their own solutions that works for their situation that gave rise to the conflict . Both parties must " vent" their frustrations and concerns and must also suggest solutions to resolve the issues.
